Trip Overview
A stunning marathon along Scotland's most famous long-distance trail through the Highlands. The West Highland Way runs 96 miles from Milngavie to Fort William, and our marathon section captures the most spectacular portion — through Glencoe and the dramatic mountain scenery of the central Highlands. Walking a marathon on the West Highland Way is a genuinely special experience. The scenery is jaw-dropping: towering munros, mirror-still lochs, and the haunting landscape of Glencoe. This is Scotland at its most dramatic and atmospheric.
Who is this for?
A challenging marathon-distance walk in mountain terrain. The Highland scenery is the reward but the terrain is rougher than lowland marathons. Good fitness and hill experience required.

"This was my first time cycling with Adventure Cafe; first time riding from London to Paris and my first time riding this sort of distance over 3 days. Lots of preparation had gone into this from AC prior to departing London."
